Foundation rock bucket with round shank chisel for bored pile
Drilling buckets are designed for drilling in all types of soils below groundwater.
Connecting the Kelly bar by Kelly Box, the drilling bucket can drill into soft soil, stiff clays or rock layers.
Rock drilling buckets are designed in different ways as below：
Kelly box:200mm*200mm;150mm*150mm;130mm*130mm;100mm*100mm; 75mm*75mm or as per client’s request.
Barrel: Cylindrical barrel or conical barrel
Bottom plate: Single bottom or double bottom
Cutter: Single cut or double cut
Wearing parts: Rock bit B47K17H/B47K19H/B47K22H/C31HD, rock pilot RP4 and holder.
Wearing protection: wear strip on the shell
Rock drilling buckets feature a rotating bottom to load drilled soil when drilling into the ground and a mechanical opening system to unlock bottom parts to release quickly drilled soil when the buckets are lifted by rotary drilling rigs.
For different soil condition, various types of tooth are available and we also optimize the geometry of the tooth arrangement for excellent cutting performance.
Rock drilling buckets are compatible with Bauer BG, Soilmec SR, Casagrande, Mait, IMT, CMV, XCMG, Sany, Zoomlion rotary drilling rigs and others.
