Rotary Rig Drilling Bucket Auger with bullet teeth
The rotary auger bored piling is the foundation solution using a conventional kelly bar and auger system.
Connecting the Kelly bar by Kelly box, the rotary auger can drill into soft soil, stiff clays or rock layers.
Rock drilling augers are designed in different ways as below：
Kelly box:200mm*200mm;150mm*150mm;130mm*130mm;100mm*100mm; 75mm*75mm or as per client’s request.
Body: Cylindrical shape or conical shape
Spiral: Single spiral or double spiral
Cutter: Single cut or double cut
Wearing parts: Round shank chisel B47K17H/B47K19H/B47K22H/C31HD, rock pilot RP4 and holder
Wearing protection: Hard facing (standard) or wear strip (optional)
Conical rock drilling auger, which also called tapered rock drilling auger, is used for drilling hard rock formation.
The diameter of its flights is increased gradually as a spiral and the rock teeth are equipped along the borderline up to the cutting edge.
For different soil condition, various types of tooth are available and we also optimize the geometry of the tooth arrangement for excellent cutting performance.
Rock drilling augers are compatible with Bauer BG, Soilmec SR, Casagrande, Mait, IMT, CMV, XCMG, Sany, Zoomlion rotary drilling rigs and others.
